Officially, our company was founded in 1991, having in staff several programmers from the former Territorial Computing Centre of Brasov. In addition, some young graduates from the University joined us as early as the beginning.

Those more than 20 years of practice in a territorial centre - part of the national network, and led by a central institute - gave us the possibility of learning almost all important products elaborated throughout in Romania, and to select for our own programmes the most efficient ideas, efficiency verified through a long-time experience. Naïve solutions, invented ad-hoc by some beginners, were avoided in this way. Still, new technique brought by permanent development of computers, improved our technique as well, but it did not diminish the steadiness and elasticity of our products.

The appearance of the Internet was an opening to us as well, not only to the world, but to new means of programming and communication too. The professional skill of our team allows us to write files directly executable (html, etc.), which offers a complete liberty in accord with general protocols (http, etc.), while the specialized programmes - attractive at the first sight thanks to the facility of learning their use - actually are limited, just because of their specialization. (Adapted for something means less adaptable for anything else.)
